Delete your Propilot account
You can permanently delete your Propilot account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is irreversible.
Delete from the app (fastest)
Open Propilot and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm with your password (or your Apple/Google sign-in), and the deletion takes effect immediately.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@propwise.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, and you receive a confirmation email when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and login credentials
- Contacts, leads, deals, and tasks in your workspace
- Conversations and messages synced to your inbox
- Files, photos, and documents you uploaded
- Connected channel and calendar integrations
Records we are legally required to keep (for example invoices) are retained only for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — those are managed by Apple and Google. Cancel in your device’s subscription settings to stop future charges.
