Terms of Service

  1. Agreement. By accessing Propwise (the "Service"), operated by Propwize LLC-FZ, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
  2. Accounts. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  3. The Service. Propwise provides a CRM platform for real-estate professionals, including lead, deal, and property management, communications, scheduling, and AI-assisted features. We may modify features with reasonable notice for material changes.
  4. Your data. You retain all rights to data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us a license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents (including for contact data you import and messages you send).
  5. Third-party integrations. You may connect third-party services (e.g. Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you authorize Propwise to access them on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. Use of Google user data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
  6. Acceptable use. No unlawful use, spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, infringement, interference with the Service, reverse engineering, or attempts to access other customers' data.
  7. Fees. Paid plans are billed as described at purchase; fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may suspend the Service for non-payment after notice.
  8. Intellectual property. The Service, excluding Customer Data, is owned by Propwize LLC-FZ. Feedback may be used without obligation.
  9. Termination. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for breach. Upon termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
  10. Disclaimers. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; verify before relying on it.
  11. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Propwize LLC-FZ's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim; neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  12. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and applicable UAE federal law, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai.
